Pumpkin Patch

We joined our new homeschool group

for a trip to the local pumpkin patch.

 As with most things in this area,

it was a new destination for us.

 Only Mac and Babycakes came with me,

and while it was nice to not have

my usual crowd,

I missed my toddler chasers!

 This boat was,

hands down,

our favorite part.

 The kids pulled themselves across the lake

by pulling on a rope

strung across.

 Mac was very determined to get us across,

and this guy thought we should spend the WHOLE DAY

ont he boat.

And as a bonus, lucky break,

due to a miscommunication,

we ended up with half price pumpkins!
